My Husband Love S*x Too Much Separate Us

A magistrate court sitting in ikirun, Osun State, As dissolved a 14 years old marriage after the wife allegedly told the court her husband likes s*x too much.

The woman (Mrs Aderibigbe) who had earlier in 2017 submitted the same case to the court, asking them to separate her from her Husband(Mr Aderibigbe), as she wouldn't park out without a court order.

The court however told them to go back home and settle their differences.
The woman who could not handle the sex urge by her husband as now returned to court just after 2 years.

The husband however denied the claim by his wife, saying it's my right to have sex with my wife as tradition and the law also confirms it.

The wife further explained that he has turned her into a sex slave, he wouldn't allow her go to work unless they have sex in the morning, atimes he even comes to her place of work, takes her home and have sex with. He once raped me, the wife said, any sex you don't consent to is a Rape, the wife explained.

Further more, the wife said, his urge increased after our second son was born, and ever since then, it has been day to day sex like a marathon.

She then pleaded that the court should please dissolve the marriage and let her be with her kids as they were still young.

The court then asked the husband if he want to get separated from his wife, he replied, if that is what she wants, then so be it,but she should always send my kids when ever i want to see them.

The court has now separated the couples and hand over the kids to the wife, pending when they will be 18 and would be able to make decisions for their self.
