Nigeria star Victor Moses and Belgium team mate Hazard were stars that model for Chelsea 2018/2019 New season kit on Friday.
Chelsea and Nike unveiled the new home kit for the men and women football team on Friday with Nigeria super star modeling it along side other team mates.
