2019 Presidency: Buhari’s Minister Caught On Camera Allegedly Supporting Atiku (VIDEO)

A video clip has emerged in which the current Minister of Women Affairs, Aisha Alhassan, appears
to be drumming support for former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, in a bid to take over the presidency from President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.

In the video clip, which surfaced online on Wednesday, September 5, Alhassan can be seen with a delegation that paid a courtesy visit to the home of the former vice president.

Speaking with Atiku in Hausa, the minister was quoted to have referred to the former Vice President as ‘next president come 2019.’ She said:
“Mr President, our father, Nigeria’s president for 2019. God willing, in your presence today are your people who have been placed under your care for forever.” “They’ve come to pay tribute and greet you for the Sallah celebrations and also to rejoice with you for your health.”
It is not clear when the video clip was recorded.

It also remains unknown if President Buhari will contest again in 2019, but the body movements from his camp and party, All Progressives Congress (APC), show that he might likely contest again.
