APC Kano Expels Suspended Rep. Abdulmumin Jibrin For 'anti-party activities'
Making the decision known publicly, the party's chairman, Sani Ranka said Jibrin - who represents Bebeji constituency - was yanked off the party for engaging in anti-party activities.
Jibrin had been suspended from the house of representatives for accusing the house's leadership of budget padding.
Sani accused the suspended federal lawmaker of "showing disrespect to constituted authorities of the party", despite several warnings.
Sani said;
"The party will not condone indiscipline and disrespect to leaders or duly constituted authority. We hereby inform the world that Jibrin has been expelled from our great party".
