Young boy singing ‘IF’ in video gets scholarship from Davido

Despite the negative projection of Social Media, it has yet shown that the problem lies with the users and not the platforms.


Some days ago, a video of a child singing Davido’s latest hit song; “IF” went viral on social media.

The origin of the video is not known but somehow, the video has caught the attention of the music star who in return has sought the child and has pledged to sponsor his education.

In post on via his Twitter account, Davido said; “OBO GOT YOU FOR LIFE ! NOTHING MAKES ME MORE THAT U FINALLY GET TO START SCHOOL!! 30 billion for ur account oooo. WE RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS”.

 This comes just weeks after America-based singer, Nicki Minaj offered to help one of her fans by paying her college tuition.

She was later hosted on the Ellen De Generes Show where she was appreciated and celebrated for giving back to her fans.
